Terms of service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms govern use of AuraPay Global as a Web3 payment gateway, including websites, Telegram bot, Mini App, merchant API, and hosted checkout. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AuraPay Global (“AuraPay”, “we”, “us”), including www.aurapayglobal.com, app.aurapayglobal.com, api.aurapayglobal.com, pay.aurapayglobal.com, docs.aurapayglobal.com, status.aurapayglobal.com, @AuraPayGlobalBot, the Telegram Mini App, merchant APIs, hosted checkout, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use AuraPay

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to use cryptocurrency and payment software in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), tax, consumer, and Telegram’s terms. We may refuse, limit, or terminate service where required by law or our risk policy. AuraPay is not a bank, money transmitter license in every jurisdiction, or licensed payment institution unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

3. The Service

AuraPay provides software tools to facilitate Web3 payments and related features, which may include:

  • Sending and receiving TON and USDT (and other supported assets as they become available).
  • Wallet linking via TonConnect / Tonkeeper and browser dashboard access.
  • Merchant API keys, invoices, hosted checkout pages, and signed webhooks.
  • Swaps via third-party routing protocols where enabled.
  • Telegram Stars ledger features, payment links, cheques, shop, giveaways, and referrals.
  • Sign-in methods such as Telegram, Google, email and password, or wallet-based browser sessions.
  • Public status and developer documentation sites.

4. Accounts and authentication

You may access the Service through Telegram, Google, email and password, a connected wallet session, or a combination of these. You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account, Google account, email inbox, password, devices, and wallet credentials.

If you create an email/password account, you must provide a valid email you control, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may send one-time verification codes and transactional emails to that address.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.

5. Non-custodial nature; wallets

AuraPay is primarily a non-custodial software interface. We do not hold your private keys or seed phrases and cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.

You alone control wallet signing. Double-check addresses, amounts, networks, and memos before confirming. We are not liable for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, or lost due to phishing, malware, or compromised credentials.

Certain platform features (for example treasury-funded payouts or fee collection) may use AuraPay-controlled wallets. Those wallets are used only for disclosed product functions and do not make AuraPay the custodian of your personal wallet balances.

6. Merchant API, invoices, and hosted checkout

If you create API keys or payment links, you are a merchant for those flows. You are responsible for securing API secrets, validating webhook signatures, your customer relationships, pricing, taxes, and any goods or services you sell.

Hosted checkout pages on pay.aurapayglobal.com display invoice details you create. Crypto payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Refunds, chargebacks, and customer disputes for merchant goods/services are your responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You must not use the API or checkout to facilitate illegal commerce, sanctioned activity, or deceptive practices. We may revoke keys, cancel pending invoices, or suspend merchant access that threatens platform integrity or legal compliance.

7. Blockchain and third-party risk

The Service depends on public blockchains, Telegram, Google (if used), email delivery providers, wallet apps, RPC providers, DEX/aggregators, and hosting providers. Those systems may experience delays, forks, congestion, outages, or failures outside our control.

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You accept the risk of loss.

8. Fees

Network (gas) fees are paid to the blockchain and are not controlled by AuraPay. AuraPay may charge service fees (for example protocol, swap, or merchant-related fees) that are disclosed before you confirm a transaction or in your merchant integration materials. The fee shown at confirmation applies to that transaction. We may change fee schedules prospectively.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, or money laundering.
  • Interfere with security, rate limits, status monitors, or other users’ access.
  • Exploit giveaways, referrals, cheques, or promotions through automated abuse.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with AuraPay or scrape the Service in a harmful way.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account, wallet link, invoice, or session without authorization.
  • Use merchant tools to process payments for prohibited goods/services or to conceal the true nature of a transaction.

10. Intellectual property

AuraPay branding, UI, documentation, and software (excluding open-source components under their licenses) are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), or resell the Service without permission.

11. No professional advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions about crypto, merchant payments, or business use.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that blockchain confirmations will occur within any timeframe.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAPAY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF CRYPTO ASSETS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO AURAPAY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraPay and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your merchant activity, your customers’ claims, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

16. Changes

We may modify these Terms by updating this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators of AuraPay Global, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
