What is AuraPay?

AuraPay (also called Aura Pay and AuraPay Global) is a TON and USDT payment gateway at aurapayglobal.com. You can send, receive, and swap TON & USDT, withdraw Telegram Stars to TON, and create payment links in Telegram (@AuraPayGlobalBot) and in the browser.

Where is the official AuraPay website?

The official site is https://www.aurapayglobal.com. The web app is https://app.aurapayglobal.com. The Telegram bot is @AuraPayGlobalBot. AuraPay Global is not aurapay.com — that is a separate product.

How do I get paid in TON or USDT with AuraPay?

Open Receive in @AuraPayGlobalBot or the web app, connect Tonkeeper, then share your deposit address or QR. Inbound TON and USDT transfers are indexed so your AuraPay dashboard stays in sync. For a fixed amount, create a payment link instead of a raw address.

Can I create a TON payment link or QR invoice?

Yes. AuraPay Pay Links generate a checkout URL and QR for a fixed TON or USDT amount. The customer pays on hosted checkout; funds go to your linked wallet. Merchants can also create invoices through the API, WooCommerce, or Shopify plugins.

Can I withdraw Telegram Stars to TON?

Yes. AuraPay keeps a Stars ledger. You top up via Telegram invoice, then withdraw Stars to TON. AuraPay queues a treasury payout to your linked Tonkeeper wallet. Track status in history until it settles.

Can I swap TON and USDT inside Telegram?

Yes. Instant Swap quotes TON ↔ USDT through Omniston / STON.fi. You review the live quote, sign in Tonkeeper, and the swap settles on-chain. You do not need a separate exchange app.

Does AuraPay hold my wallet keys?

No. AuraPay is non-custodial for TON and USDT transfers. You sign in Tonkeeper (TonConnect). AuraPay never holds your seed phrase or private keys.

What fees does AuraPay charge?

Native TON sends include a 1% AuraPay platform fee plus network gas. USDT (jetton) sends have no platform percentage fee; expect about 0.05 TON in network gas. Instant Swap uses a 0.5% AuraPay fee on the quoted route. Fees are shown before you sign.

Which countries does AuraPay work in?

AuraPay is a global digital gateway used in 100+ countries. It is not a local bank or a licensed money transmitter in every jurisdiction. Availability follows Telegram, Tonkeeper, and TON network access where you live.

How do merchants accept TON and USDT?

Use the AuraPay Merchant API at api.aurapayglobal.com to create invoices, hosted checkout links, and signed webhooks. Plugins are available for WooCommerce and Shopify. Docs live at https://docs.aurapayglobal.com/developers.

What languages does AuraPay support?

The product UI supports English and Russian. The marketing site, docs, and this FAQ are in English. Support is available at support@aurapayglobal.com.
