• Essential session cookie — HTTP-only cookie that keeps you signed in after Telegram, Google, email/password, or wallet authentication. Required for the dashboard and Mini App session.
• Email verification cookie — short-lived HTTP-only cookie after you enter a valid email verification code, used only to complete password setup.
• OAuth state cookies — short-lived cookies during Google sign-in to protect against CSRF.
• Theme preference — cookie + local storage (aurapay-theme) so bright/dark mode stays in sync across www, docs, and related AuraPay hosts.
• Locale preference — optional cookie or storage used by internationalization features when enabled.

4. Why we use them

We use these technologies to authenticate you, protect accounts, remember display preferences, and operate the payment gateway securely. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across unrelated third-party sites for ads.

5. How long they last

Session cookies typically last until you sign out, clear site data, or the cookie expires according to our security settings. Email verification and OAuth state cookies expire within minutes. Theme preferences remain until you clear local storage or change the setting.

6. Your choices

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent login and many product features from working. Theme preference can be changed with the in-product toggle or by clearing local storage.

7. Third parties

Third parties you interact with through AuraPay (Telegram, Google, wallet apps, blockchain explorers) may set their own cookies or storage under their policies. AuraPay does not control those technologies.
